we design our merino wool house socks to help you properly switch off.
if they don’t deliver that feeling, we’ll make it right.

1. eligibility

this guarantee applies to all purchases made directly through fluffepuff.com.
you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible.
the guarantee is limited to first-time purchases per customer.

2. what’s covered

we’ll offer a replacement, store credit or refund if:

  • the socks don’t feel as comfortable as expected
  • they don’t help you unwind or “switch off” as intended
  • the product doesn’t meet your expectations overall
  • your order arrives damaged or not as described

3. what’s not covered

this guarantee doesn’t apply if:

  • more than one pair has been heavily worn or used
  • the request is made after the 7-day window
  • the issue is due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer
  • the product has been intentionally damaged or misused

4. how to claim

to request a resolution:

email us at support@fluffepuff.com within 7 days of delivery.

include:

  • your order number
  • a short note on what didn’t feel right
  • photos if applicable

we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.

5. resolution

approved claims may receive:

  • a replacement pair
  • store credit
  • or a refund to the original payment method

depending on the situation.

6. our promise

fluffepuff exists to turn a basic house sock into a proper end-of-day ritual.
if it doesn’t hit the way it should, we’ll fix it.
that’s our comfort guarantee.

My favourite colour purple, they’re so comfortable and love wearing them to bed but also around the house due to the grips. The grips aren’t annoying either like some other socks I’ve tried you can barely feel them as they’re flat so they feel comfortable when you walk

I love these socks. When they first arrived I thought they were too long but I tried them on and they’re perfect you can adjust the cuff at the top to your liking. Whether you want to fold it all the way down or keep them up. Will be getting more colours for the family.
