if they don’t deliver that feeling, we’ll make it right.
1. eligibility
this guarantee applies to all purchases made directly through fluffepuff.com.
you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible.
the guarantee is limited to first-time purchases per customer.
2. what’s covered
we’ll offer a replacement, store credit or refund if:
- the socks don’t feel as comfortable as expected
- they don’t help you unwind or “switch off” as intended
- the product doesn’t meet your expectations overall
- your order arrives damaged or not as described
3. what’s not covered
this guarantee doesn’t apply if:
- more than one pair has been heavily worn or used
- the request is made after the 7-day window
- the issue is due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- the product has been intentionally damaged or misused
4. how to claim
to request a resolution:
email us at support@fluffepuff.com within 7 days of delivery.
include:
- your order number
- a short note on what didn’t feel right
- photos if applicable
we’ll get back to you within 24–48 hours.
5. resolution
approved claims may receive:
- a replacement pair
- store credit
- or a refund to the original payment method
depending on the situation.
