your first pair is completely risk-free. if you don’t love them, we’ll issue a full refund - no return required.
this applies to one pair per customer.
for all other items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

returns
to be eligible for a return:
- items must be requested for return within 30 days of purchase
- items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
- items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible unless faulty
please note:
- return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- original shipping costs are non-refundable
to initiate a return, please email our support team at support@fluffepuff.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can assess its condition.
exchanges
need a different size or colour? we’re happy to help.
to be eligible for an exchange:
- the item must meet the same conditions as our return policy
- exchanges are subject to stock availability
if your requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.
please note:
- return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
- if the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent), we will cover the shipping cost
to request an exchange, please email support@fluffepuff.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
fluffepuff reserves the right to decline returns or refunds that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
