fluffepuff risk-free first pair guarantee
your first pair is completely risk-free. if you don’t love them, we’ll issue a full refund - no return required.

this applies to one pair per customer.
for all other items, we offer a 30-day return policy.

returns
to be eligible for a return:

  • items must be requested for return within 30 days of purchase
  • items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact
  • items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” are not eligible unless faulty

please note:

  • return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • original shipping costs are non-refundable

to initiate a return, please email our support team at support@fluffepuff.com with your order number and a photo of the item so we can assess its condition.




exchanges

need a different size or colour? we’re happy to help.

to be eligible for an exchange:

  • the item must meet the same conditions as our return policy
  • exchanges are subject to stock availability

if your requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.

please note:

  • return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer
  • if the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item sent), we will cover the shipping cost
