Returns

Not happy with an item you've purchased?  We have a 30 days returns policy.

To be eligible for a return: 

1. Items are initiated for return within 30 days of purchase.
2.  Items much be in the original packaging and in their original condition as purchased. This includes socks with the tag and label still attached. If they have been opened, your return will not be accepted. Garments must not have been worn.
3.  Items were not marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase unless faulty.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund.

If you would like to return an item, please email our support team who will assist you with the return at admin@fluffepuff.com and provide a photo of the item so that we may assess the condition. 

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We offer exchanges for eligible items.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must meet the same return conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be offered instead.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If the exchange is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent), we will cover the shipping cost.
