This privacy policy for Fluffepuff Pty ltd, (‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our), describes how and why we might collect, store, use and/or share (‘process’) your information when you use our services (‘Services’), such as when you:

  • Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing or events.

What personal information do we collect?

Most of the personal information we collect is when you place an order, register on our website to receive direct marketing materials, create an account with us, or provide feedback to us. , provided by the customer. Personal information we collect may include the following:

  • transaction information (eg. your credit or debit card details).

In addition to the purposes disclosed to you at the time of collection, we collect, store, use and disclose your personal information so that we can:

Your email address

We only collect your email address if you provide it to us. We use them only to send you information you have requested about the services or products we offer through our website or for any other purpose which you have provided it for. They will not be used for unauthorised purposes or shared without your consent (except as permitted by law). By providing your email address, you consent to receive direct marketing materials from us. If you do not agree or do not wish to receive communications from us, please select the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email we send, or send a message to support@fluffepuff.com. 

Competitions

When you enter a competition through our website, social media channels you may be required to provide information to satisfy the entry conditions. Entry constitutes entrants' consent to their personal information to be used by Fluffepuff for compiling its customer database and for marketing purposes. 

When Do We Disclose Your Personal Information To Third Parties

We will often need to pass your personal information to companies who perform part of our service delivery. The relevant organisations include those:

Because we operate in Australia, and as noted above because we use third parties to administer some of our service delivery, some of these uses and disclosures may occur outside of your country of residence. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient does not breach relevant privacy laws or principles.


How can I access my personal information?

You have a right to gain access to your personal information that we hold. This is subject to some exceptions allowed by applicable law. Factors affecting a right to access include:

We take all reasonable steps to protect all personal or company information from misuse, loss, interference, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Your information is stored securely whether in an electronic or physical form. For example, only personnel requiring access to the information are allowed access.
